SQ2 provides high security cheque stock and other security paper(s) for a range of industries. With cheque fraud on the increase, SQ2's security cheque stocks provide a high level of protection against counterfeit printing and alteration attacks on cheques.

We add multiple layers of security onto the paper to help eliminate copying, removal of toner, alteration and washing – all common fraud methods. The paper is available in a range of formats that suit every requirement, and is also in a range of acceptable colours.

Basichek® Cheque Stock

For customers who are interested in more security, the Basichek® line offers 14 security features to help deter fraud. The most signicant addition to the Basichek® line is the presence of Enhanced Toner Adhesion, commonly referred to as "Toner Grip." This special coating not only makes it difficult to lift or scrape the toner from the page, but in some cases, it enhances the product's runnability through the laser printing equipment. The 3 ⅔" cheques are available with cheque on top or bottom, with or without stub perforations, and all four Basichek® layouts are available in blue, green and red for easy distinction between accounts or applications.
